Is All-hired.com really free?
Yes — completely. All 12 tools are free with no hidden paywalls, no credit card required, and no trial periods. The core platform will always be free.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use all tools without signing up. Creating an account (via Google Sign-In) is optional and only needed if you want to sync your data across devices.
What happens to my resume when I upload it?
Your resume is processed entirely in your browser using PDF.js. The text is extracted locally and stored in your browser's localStorage. It never gets sent to All-hired.com servers unless you specifically enable cloud sync.
How does the AI Career Advisor work?
The AI advisor is powered by Claude (Anthropic). It uses your own API key, which means your conversations go directly between your browser and Anthropic — not through All-hired.com. We never see your chat history.
How do you make money if it's free?
Some platform links are affiliate links — if you sign up for a service like Resume.io or FlexJobs through our links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is clearly disclosed.
How accurate is the salary data?
Salary data comes from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS OES 2023) — the most reliable official source available. Live salary estimates are supplemented by Adzuna's real-time job market data.
Can I trust the referral network?
The referral network connects real people, but we can't verify employment claims. Always do your own due diligence — use the Company Checker to verify legitimacy, and never pay money to a "referrer."
Is All-hired.com affiliated with LinkedIn, Indeed, or Glassdoor?
No. We are completely independent. We search these platforms on your behalf using their public job listings, but we have no official partnership or affiliation with any of them.
